The outer limit of Angkor Wat are set by its broad moat, faced in laterite and sandstone. Including this, the total area is almost 200 hectares - a rectangle of 1.5 km E-W by 1.3 km N-S, the largest temple of Angkor.
The Sunset & Sunrise of Angkor Wat
Wathching the Sunrise and the Sunset at Angkor Wat is what I would definetely describe as beyond compare to anything in this world. As soon as you reach the top view of Angkor Wat, it makes you feel like you're life has been complete in a fraction of minute, everything around you speaks nothing but freedom and the amazing scenery is breathtaking. For me, It's the most satisfying and rewarding experience ever. Its a great way to end your trip, until the next time around! ;)

The Sunset & Sunrise of Angkor Wat
Wathching the Sunrise and the Sunset at Angkor Wat is what I would definetely describe as beyond compare to anything in this world.
